There’s a lot of uncertainty around the coronavirus (COVID-19) and whether or not it will impact your travel plans.
The situation is improving in Croatia and a sense of normalcy is returning. We want to reassure you that we are taking care of our guests and team, being consistent with our already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and implementing additional measures based on the guidelines given by local health authorities.

How do I Check-in?
The reception is opened from 09.00 am to 13.00 pm and from 16.00 to 20.00 pm from April to October.The usual check-in is from 12.00 midday. If you'd like to check in sooner and we'll do our best to accommodate you. However, you may not be able to have an early check-in, depending on when previous guests depart and cleaning. If an early check-in isn't possible, you can leave your luggage at the reception till the apartment gets ready for you to settle in.If you arrive outside opening hour Let us know in advance so we will arrange your check-in.
When can I Check Out?
Standart check-out is 10.00 am.If you'd like to check out later, ask us when you arrive if this would be possible. Even if you must check out at the standard time of 10:00am, you may be able to leave your luggage until you leave for the airport. Contact us to arrange this.
Do you offer an airport pick-up or shuttle service?
Yes, we do provide an airport transfer service. Contact us to request this
Is parking available?
There is no private or free parking. If you travel with a car, be aware that Traffic is quite dense and parking can be a challenge, especially in the peak summer season.They are several parking spots around the Old Town. Parking fees can be quite expensive running between 20-80 Kuna- 3 EUR/ 11 EUR per hour 24/24.We recommend our guests using the public garage at the entrance of the Old town, ulica(street) Ilina Glavica. It is a 10- minute walk from the city. They offer hourly, daily and weekly rates which varies according the season.
In fact, we recommend that you don’t hire a car – all main attractions are easily accessible on foot, by boat or using the local buses. Of course, if you do decide to rent a vehicle, then you’ll need to know about parking. More information, check our blog Car parking in Dubrovnik.
We need a baby cot. Can you provide one?
We can provide cot free of charge (subject to availability). Please contact us to request one before you arrive! Safety regulations strictly prevent us from accommodating more than 2 people (adults or children) in the studio. No extra bed can be added. Our larger apartment in the Old Town are perfect for families.
May I smoke in the apartment?
We 're sorry! These are non-smoking apartments
Do you provide iron facilities?
Iron and ironing board are at your disposal at the reception.
Can my dog or cat stay with me in the property?
We're sorry – pets are not allowed This is because some people have allergies to pets
Will the property be cleaned during our stay?
MirÓ Studio apartments are self catering apartments. We are not a 5-star hotel still we want to give our guests the best effective service. We implemented daily maid service at no extra charge every day from 09.00 am to 12.00 pm.
How do I get a Sea view studio?
Please note, only Apartment 6 has sea views. This is only important if you did not want to stay within the UNESCO world heritage site. As a small property, we cannot confirm any specific studio. We note down any request and we always do our best to meet your demand according the availabilities. If you’d like something outside of town with sea views, we can recommend you other places. Is breakfast included or available?
Breakfast is not provided but there are some lovely cafes only a minute away. All apartments are equipped with kitchen corner. Grocery shops and bakeries are a minute walk.
Do you have twin bed apartment?
The seven studio apartments come with a double bed. The superior one-bedroom apartment located at Zeljarica 5 has two double beds - one of them is a wall bed system so this apartment is perfect if you need two separate beds and two bathrooms.
How do I book?
It's easy to book online and pay the deposit using our secure payment system. A 20% booking deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due upon arrival only and it can be by credit card Visa or Master card. If you have any questions, please contact us.
